- E2E Networks Limited Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Larsen & Toubro Vyoma (Data Center & Cloud Services business of Larsen & Toubro Limited) (“Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma”) to Partner in Scaling GPU Cloud Infrastructure

New Delhi, February 20, 2026 – E2E Networks Limited (“E2E” or “the Company”), one of India’s leading hyperscalers focused on advanced Cloud GPU infrastructure, today announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma .

Under the MOU, E2E and Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma intend to partner to augment and scale Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma GPU cloud infrastructure capacity and enable its commercialization through E2E’s AI-native cloud platform. The collaboration is designed to accelerate the deployment of sovereign, high-performance GPU capacity in India aligned with national AI objectives.

Subject to definitive agreements, GPU infrastructure and related computing capacity procured, owned, or deployed by Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma is proposed to be integrated into E2E’s proprietary cloud and orchestration platform. This integration will be powered by E2E’s Technology Integration & Runtime (TIR) platform, delivering an optimized, performance-oriented GPU cloud with enhanced observability, workload intelligence, and predictable performance for enterprise and AI workloads.

The collaboration will focus on technical integration, commercial structuring, pricing frameworks, and operational alignment to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient GPU infrastructure delivery at scale.

Also, it brings together Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma proven infrastructure execution capabilities and E2E’s AI-ready cloud platform and high-performance computing ecosystem, with the shared objective of strengthening India’s sovereign AI, GPU, and advanced computing capacity.
