A proactive and result oriented professional with diverse experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting, Taxation, Treasury & Banking, Budgeting, Mergers & Acquisitions. Adept at supporting business objectives with a decisive leadership style and strategic approach to decision making. Megha has joined us from Genpact where she was working as Assistant Vice President since 2007.

Relationship with Directors:- Mrs. Megha Raheja is sister of Mrs. Srishti Baweja, whole time Director of the Company.

Further, we wish to inform you that Mrs. Srishti Baweja, Whole Time Director of the Company, who was acting as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of April 19, 2021.
