Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Aditya Bbushan has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent and Non-Executive) on the Board of E2.E Networks Limited ("the Company'') w.e.f. October 22, 2021 for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the date is of appointment. Furthermore, his appointmen subject to th approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Aditya Bhushan is not related to any other existing Director on the Board of the Company and is not debarred from accessing the Capital Market and/ or restrained from holding position of Director in any listed company by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.

The Disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure -I.
