Şirket Genel Kurulu 04.04.2023 tarihi toplantısında, Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 08 03 2023 tarihli toplantısında 2022 Yasal Kayıtlarına göre kanunen ayrılması gereken tutarlar düşüldükten sonra kalan 98.457.111.-TL'nın Şirket finansal yapısının daha güçlü hale getirilmesi amacıyla olağanüstü yedeklerde muhasebeleştirilmesi önerisini kabul etmiştir.

Şirketimizin 04.04.2023 tarihli 2022 yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında alınan kararlar 05.04.2023 tarihinde Ankara Ticaret Siciline tescil edilmiş olup, 05.04.2023 tarih ve 10805 sayılı TTSG'nde ilan edilmiştir.
