UPDATE ON CHANGE IN BOARD LOT SIZE

Reference is made to the announcement of Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 24 April 2016 (the ‘‘Announcement’’) and the circular of the Company dated 25 April 2016 in relation to, among other things, the proposed change in board lot size of the Company. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those terms are defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the board lot size of the Consolidated Shares for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 1,000 Consolidated Shares to 12,000 Consolidated Shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 17 October 2016.

To alleviate the difficulties in trading odd lots of the Consolidated Shares arising from the change of board lot size of the Consolidated Shares, the Company has appointed Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited to provide odd lot matching services to the Shareholders who wish to top up or sell their holdings of odd lots of the Consolidated Shares during the period from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 17 October 2016 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 November 2016. Holders who wish to dispose of or top up odd lots should contact Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or at telephone number (852) 2862 8555 during the period from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 17 October 2016 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 November 2016.

Holders of the Consolidated Shares in odd lots should note that successful matching of the sale and purchase of odd lots of the Consolidated Shares is not guaranteed. The Shareholders are recommended to consult their professional advisers if they are in doubt about the odd lot matching facility.
