The Company has issued and allotted 243,273,613 Scheme Shares to the Bondholders, being the remaining part of the Scheme Consideration, and further issued and allotted 729,825,139 Antidilution Shares in the ratio of 1.28949 Anti-dilution Shares for each one Rights Share subscribed, on 7 October 2016 in accordance with the terms as set out in the prospectus of the Company dated 31 May 2016 (the “ Prospectus ”). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Prospectus. Please refer to the Prospectus and the announcement of the Company dated 7 October 2016 for further details.
