ANNOUNCEMENT ON PASSING AWAY OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces with deepest grief that Mr. Feng Yi (‘‘Mr. Feng’’), an executive director and vice president of the Company, passed away on 16 June 2016.

The Board would like to express, on behalf of the Company, its deepest sorrow for the departure of Mr. Feng and convey its condolences to his family. The Board would also like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Feng for his valuable contribution to the Company in the past.
