Kindly take reference to our letter and communication dated August 14, 2024.
At the Board Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, August 21, 2024, the Board has approved the proposal for surrendering the Certificate of Registration (COR) under the NBFC Regulations, issued by Reserve Bank of India. The Board has also approved Constitution of a Committee of Directors (COR cancellation and related matters) for taking all decisions in this regard.
The meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m.
