Annual General Meeting Webcast

Incitec Pivot Limited ( ASX : IPL) wishes to advise that a webcast and telephone conference facility will be available for the 2012 Annual General Meeting, which is being held at 2.00pm (Melbourne time) on Tuesday, 18 December 2012 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Details of the webcast and telephone conference are available via the Investor Relations home page of the Incitec Pivot website, www.incitecpivot.com.au.

Please note the webcast and telephone conference will not be interactive. Accordingly, shareholders who wish to vote at the meeting should attend in person or by proxy.
