RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Dynamic Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. WONG Sai Tat (“ Mr. WONG ”) has resigned as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 July 2015 in order to devote more time to other business commitments.

Mr. WONG has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board extends its gratitude to Mr. WONG for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
