Resignation of Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Dynamic Holdings Limited ("Company") announces that Mr. Lam Lung Sang, Benson shall resign as an Executive Director of the Company effective on 1st August, 2000 and would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Lam for his past precious contributions to the Company and its subsidiaries.
