In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window has been closed from Friday, 1 st April 2022, and will re-open after 48 hours from the publishing of results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2022. All the insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company's shares when the trading window is closed.
