Sub: Notice calling the Board Meeting for the quarter and year ended $31^{\text{st}}$ March 2026.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamic Technologies Limited (the 'Company') would be held on Tuesday, $19^{\text{th}}$ May 2026 inter-alia to:

a. To consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended $31^{\text{st}}$ March 2026.
b. To consider and recommend Final Dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended $31^{\text{st}}$ March 2026, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window has been closed from $1^{\text{st}}$ April 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours from the publishing of results of the Company for the quarter and year ended $31^{\text{st}}$ March 2026. All the insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company's shares when the trading window is closed.
