Sub: Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011

This is to inform you that vide our letter dated March 04, 2016 the aggregate holding of the Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund ('the Fund') in "Dynamatic Technologies Ltd." ("the Company") was 7.50%.

Further, the sale of 1,02,577 shares on April 08, 2024 (i.e. trigger date) resulted decrease in shareholding by 2.01% as compared to previous disclosure made vide letter dated March 04, 2016.

Accordingly, as on April 08, 2024 the aggregate holding of the Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund is 5.49% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

As per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 please find enclosed the details of change in the shareholding in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure - "1".
