Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to the intimation dated 1[st] December 2022, read with quarterly notes to accounts provided by the Company from time to time, the Company wishes to inform that it has successfully completed the sale of wind farm lands admeasuring 144.88.55 hectares (357.867 acres) including building, situated at Varapatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore, in favour of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO), for the setting up of the Southern Defence Industrial Corridor for a compensation amount of Rs. 107,10,81,429/- (One Hundred and Seven Crores Ten Lakhs Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Nine Only).

With this execution, the company has shown its willingness to be part of this significant initiative from the State Government of Tamil Nadu and of national importance.

Additionally, the company has retained land measuring appx. 35.20 hectares (87 acres) having strategic value for future development.
