Following the resignation of Mr. Naveen Chandra as the Company Secretary of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the "Company") with effect from November 15, 2018, the Company has identified a successor as Head legal, Compliance and Company Secretary who will be joining us in near future.

We wish to inform you that the Board, at its meeting held on 04th January 2019, has appointed Mr. S. Chandrashekar, as the interim Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 04th January, 2019 pursuant to regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. S. Chandrashekar, Compliance Officer of the Company, is also a Key managerial personnel of our subsidiary company. The brief profile of Mr. Chandrashekar enclosed as part of this intimation.

Profile:

Mr. Chandrashekar. S holds Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and is an Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Prior to qualifying as an ACS, he worked with Deutsche Bank and ANZ Bank for a period of 5 Years in the areas of Finance and Capital Market relating to settlements and legal documentation of derivative transactions and capital market instruments. During his tenure, he was responsible for interacting with HNI across Asia pacific, Europe and USA to resolve any issue with respect trade settlements, tracking price movement of shares and commodities in stock exchanges.

Upon qualifying as an ACS, he worked with ProLiant management Consultancy Private limited, as an Associate Company Secretary, responsible for advising the management on matters relating to Company Act, FEMA, SEBI and other corporate laws. Thereafter, he moved to Disha MicroFin Limited, a Non-banking financial Company, as the Deputy Manager, for a short stint, responsible for handling special assignments such as funding, merger and amalgamation and compounding application. He joined Dynamatics Technologies Limited on 6 th July, 2017 as Deputy Manager.
