ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ELECTION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”), pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the articles of association of the Company, has elected Mr. Yan Shiwen (顏世文先生) as an employee representative supervisor of the fourth session of the supervisory committee of the Company at the employee congress of the Company. Mr. Yan Shiwen will form the fourth session of the supervisory committee of the Company together with the other two shareholder representative supervisors to be elected at the 2021 second extraordinary general meeting (the “ EGM* ”) of the Company, for a term of office commencing on the date of approval of the EGM and ending upon the expiration of the fourth session of the supervisory committee of the Company.

The biographical and other relevant information of Mr. Yan Shiwen as at the date of this announcement are set out in Appendix I to this announcement. Save as disclosed in this announcement, Mr. Yan Shiwen (i) does not have any interests in the shares and underlying shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong); (ii) is not connected with any director, supervisor, senior management or substantial shareholder of the Company; and (iii) has not held any directorship in other public companies, the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Mainland China, Hong Kong or overseas in the last three years.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, as at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the Company is not aware of any information relating to Mr. Yan Shiwen that is required to be disclosed under Rule 13.51(2)(h) to (v) of the Listing Rules. There are no other matters relating to the appointment that is required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive Directors of the Company are Mr. Qiao Dewei, Ms. Zhong Xia and Mr. Hu Shengyong; the non-executive Directors of the Company are Mr. Liu Shuguang, Mr. Cheng Suning and Mr. Zhang Zhenhai; and the independent nonexecutive Directors of the Company are Mr. Ou Yuezhou, Ms. Fu Jie and Mr. Xie Lanjun.

APPENDIX I: BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF MR. YAN SHIWEN

Mr. Yan Shiwen , born in November 1993, started his career in September 2015 and graduated from Hunan University of Arts and Science with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in June 2015. From September 2015 to December 2015, he worked as an appraisal assistant in GuoZhongLian Asset Appraisal Land Real Estate Valuation Co., Ltd. (國眾聯資產評估土地 房地產估價有限公司). From December 2015 to December 2016, Mr. Yan Shiwen served as an intermediate auditor in Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants. From December 2016 to September 2019, he served as a senior auditor in BDO China SHU LUN PAN Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Yan Shiwen served as an audit supervisor of the Company from April 2020 to July 2021, and served as a compliance supervisor of the Company since July 2021. Mr. Yan Shiwen as an employee representative supervisor of the Company, will not be entitled to any emolument from the Company, however, Mr. Yan Shiwen will be remunerated as an employee of the Company. Such remuneration is determined in accordance with the Company’s staff remuneration management system.
