ANNOUNCEMENT APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (綠色動力環保集團股份有限公司) (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that Mr. Zhu Shuguang (“ Mr. Zhu ”) has been appointed as a joint company secretary of the Company for a term commencing on 17 December 2021 and ending upon the conclusion of the general meeting of the Company at which the fifth session of the Board will be elected. Ms. Yuen Wing Yan, Winnie, the existing company secretary of the Company, will continue to act as the other joint company secretary of the Company.

Mr. Zhu, born in July 1975, graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics (中央財經大學) with a Bachelor’s degree. He served as an analyst in Haikou Branch of China Securities (華夏證券) from August 1999 to March 2002; the director of the Office of the Board of Shenzhen Han’s Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市大族激光科技股份有限公司) from August 2002 to March 2004; the deputy general director of Department of Securities of Shenzhen Baoneng Group (深圳市寶能投資集團有限公司) from April 2004 to August 2008; the manager of Department of Securities of AVIC Sanxin Co., Ltd. (中航三鑫股份有限公 司) as well as deputy general manager and secretary of the board of Shenzhen JMT Glass Co., Ltd. (深圳三鑫精美特有限公司) from August 2008 to August 2010.

Mr. Zhu is currently the Secretary to the Board. He joined the Company in September 2010 and was the Officer of Treasury Department of the Company between September 2010 and February 2017, the secretary to the Board since December 2013, the joint company secretary from June 2014 to October 2017 and the deputy general manager of the Company since January 2017. Since the Company’s listing, Mr. Zhu has actively participated in all aspects of compliance work relevant to the Company’s listing in Hong Kong and in the PRC. As a member of senior management of the Company, Mr. Zhu is familiar with the operations and business of the Company, in particular, the internal systems, procedure and administration of the Company. The Board is therefore of the view that appointing Mr. Zhu as one of the joint company secretaries of the Company could facilitate better communication with the management of the Company and discharge the functions of company secretary more effectively. Mr. Zhu meets the qualification requirements for company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
