Reference is made to the announcement of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 9 June 2017, in which it was announced that, among other things, upon approval at the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 9 June 2017, Mr. Feng Changzheng (馮長 征) be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, and Mr. Ma Xiaopeng has resigned as the non-executive director of the Company, both effective from the same day.
