Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule IIT to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Dilip Palicha (DIN: 02879480) has stepped down from the position of the "Non-Executive Independent Director" of the Company with effect from today, i.e., April 22, 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company.
