The following sets forth a brief description of each matter that was voted upon at the Annual Meeting of the shareholders of dynaCERT Inc. (the " Corporation "), which was held as a virtual meeting on September 30, 2021 (the " Meeting "), and the outcome of the votes. All resolutions were put to a vote by ballot at the Meeting.
