DYE & DURHAM LIMITED ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR SECOND QUARTER 2021 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Toronto, ON – February 9, 2021 – Dye & Durham Limited (“ Dye & Durham ” or the “ Company ”) (TSX: DND), a leading provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions designed to improve efficiency and increase productivity for legal and business professionals, announced today that it intends to release its second quarter, 2021 financial results before market open on February 16, 2021.

The Company will subsequently hold a conference call on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. ET, hosted by Mr. Matt Proud, Chief Executive Officer, and other senior management. A question-and-answer session will follow the corporate update.
