Attached is an amended Appendix 3X - Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Tim Desmond to replace the Appendix 3X lodged on behalf of Mr Desmond on 1 October 2018.

Due to an administrative oversight, the Appendix 3X lodged on 1 October 2018 omitted to include the relevant interest in all the securities held by Carason Ward Pte Ltd in DXN Limited pursuant to section 608(3)(b) of the Corporations Act.
