CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS & OPTIONS

DXN Limited (ASX: DXN) advises the cancellation of 1,200,000 performance rights and 1,000,000 options with an expiry date of 28 October 2021 and 1,500,000 options with an expiry date of 28 October 2022, pursuant to the terms and conditions under which they were issued.
