Further Update on Connected Farms Master Supply Agreement
Pre-fabricated modular data centre specialist, DXN Limited (ASX: DXN) ( DXN or the Company ) provides the following update on its Master Services Agreement with Connected Farms Pty Ltd ( Connected Farms ), the subject of ASX announcements released on 24 September 2020 and 6 January 2021 ( Previous Announcements ).
The existing previously announced Master Services Agreement between DXN and Connected Farms remains in place. Connected Farms had provided DXN with a blanket order confirmation for a commitment of up to $900,000 pursuant to which Connected Farms agrees to purchase modular edge datacentres of various sizes to be delivered to various yet unnamed locations. The blanket order confirmation was conditional upon Connected Farms placing a specific site confirmation purchase order which details the size, specifications, location and other required services for the relevant site. As at the date of this announcement, DXN has not received any specific site confirmation purchase orders. The blanket order confirmation expires on 14 December 2021.
