Request for Trading Suspension

Dear Isabelle,

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, DXN Limited (ASX: DXN) requests the Companies securities be suspended from trading pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising update.

The Company requests the suspension end on the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday 8 April 2020, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why a suspension from trading should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension from trading .
