COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF HOBART DATA CENTRE

DXN Limited (“the Company”) advises it has completed the purchase of the assets and revenues of Data Centre 3 Pty Ltd (DC3), a data centre in Hobart Tasmania, for a total cash price of $2.7 million, as announced to the market on 12 February 2020.
