HIGHLIGHTS

• Signed contract valued at circa $500,000 for a DXN Module for cable landing station

The Data Exchange Network Ltd ( DXN or the Company ) is a vertically integrated engineer, manufacturer and operator of capital efficient modular pre-fabricated data centres. DXN is pleased to provide the market with the following update.

DXN Modules – Business Development Win

The Company has executed a contract to engineer, manufacture and install a prefabricated cable landing station. This contracted win is with the Government of Niue and was completed by our Global Head of Sales, Shalini Lagrutta and Global Head of Pre-Sales, Srikanth Murugan who form the core of our business development team in Kuala Lumpur. The contract value is estimated at circa $500,000, which represents approximately 25% of total sales year to date. DXN has commenced work on the project and expects to complete the delivery and installation by 28[th] August 2019.

DXN continues to see a growing pipeline of opportunities in the edge infrastructure market, both domestically and in the Asia Pacific region and is optimistic about the revenue this part of our business can generate moving forward. The Company looks forward to updating the market as and when new contracts are awarded.

DXN Modules - Kuala Lumpur Office Replaces Manila Operations

DXN has restructured our Infrastructure sales division, renaming it to DXN modules. The Company has made the decision to close the Manila office, effective immediately. The closure of the Manila office is expected to result in cost savings of over $500,000 per annum.

DXN Data Centres – Recruitment of National Channel Manager

DXN is pleased to announce that James Butler will be joining the DXN - Data Centres team in April as our National Channel Manager. James will be looking after the indirect sales channel for both the Sydney and Melbourne Data Centres. James has over 20 years’ experience developing the channel strategy for various ICT organisations, most recently Pure Storage & Metronode Data Centres.

Termination of Data Centre as a Service Contracts

As part the management review of the ongoing operations of the business, the Company has decided to terminate the previously announced Data Centre as a Service contracts and focus efforts on our own data centres.
