The Data Exchange Network Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Tuesday, 10 April 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s shares will commence at 11:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 11 April 2018. The Company has raised $16,000,000 pursuant to the offers under its prospectus dated 16 February 2018, by the issue of 80,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
