REQUEST FOR TRADING SUSPENSION
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, The Data Exchange Network Limited (ASX: DXN) requests the Companies securities be suspended from trading pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests the suspension end on the earlier of commencement of trading on Monday, 17 December 2018, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why a suspension from trading should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension from trading.
