APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
The Data Exchange Network Limited (ASX: DXN) (“Data Exchange”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Douglas Loh to the role of Executive Chairman on an interim basis, until the appointment of a new CEO.
The Company is currently undertaking an extensive search for a new CEO and expects to have the position filled in the coming months. Once the new CEO has been appointed and commenced his term of employment, Mr Loh will resume his duties as Non-Executive Chairman.
Mr Loh’s primary responsibility will be to oversee the DXN Modules division of the business.
Mr Loh is entitled to additional remuneration in respect of the executive duties to be performed as part of his new role, the material terms of which are as follows:

Services to be provided under an executive services consulting agreement

Remuneration – A$1,200 (exclusive of GST) per day

Term – until commencement of a new CEO

Mr Loh remains entitled to receive his pre-existing director fees (A$60,000 per annum)
