Commencement of New CEO

DXN Limited (ASX:DXN) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr Matthew Madden commenced as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on Monday 19 August 2019.

Mr Douglas Loh will now resume his duties as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, with the Interim Joint Chief Executive Officers, Mr Simon Forth and Mr Richard Whiting returning to the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer respectively.

Mr Loh stated “Firstly, I would like to personally thank Simon and Richard and the team who have delivered our first truly modular Data Centre in a time of 4 months from construction certificate approval which is world leading in deployment times. I also thank them both for stepping up to the Joint Interim Chief Executive Officer role from 1 February 2019. Secondly, the Board and I are thrilled to welcome Matthew as the Chief Executive Officer, as he leads the Company through its next phase of growth”.

Mr Madden commented “I would like to thank Simon and Richard for their leadership and commitment to the team and getting the Sydney Data Centre delivered in such a short period of time. I am looking forward to working with the team to grow the business. Our focus will be on securing new customers from our large sales pipeline into our new Sydney Data Centre and our DXN Modules business”.
