DXN Limited announces appointment of new CFO
Pre-fabricated modular data centre specialist, DXN Limited (ASX:DXN), is pleased to announce that after an extensive search it has appointed Greg Blenkiron as Chief Financial Officer.
Greg is a highly accomplished, CPA qualified, career finance executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic finance, treasury and operations management within manufacturing, financial services, import / wholesale and sales-oriented businesses.
Greg will replace George Lazarou who has been acting as interim CFO. George will continue in his role as company secretary for DXN Limited.
Matthew Madden, CEO, DXN Limited, said “I’d like to thank George for his effort and support, and am very pleased he will continue his involvement in the business.
We are delighted to welcome Greg to the team. He has broad experience leading senior teams to achieve results in strategic finance, treasury and operations management and will assist us in our focus on building out Edge data centres.
A full time CFO is now a necessity given our rapid business growth, and Greg’s ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit is critical to our future success.”
Greg joins DXN from LeasePLUS Group where he was CFO. Prior to this, Greg held senior roles including CFO and CEO of manufacturer and importer Tilling Timber and Group Financial Controller of Fleet Partners (now listed on the ASX as Eclipx).
