John Duffin has over 20 years’ experience in the Asian data centre industry, most recently as the South Asia Managing Director of the Uptime Institute, the IT industry’s most trusted and adopted global standard for the proper design, build and operation of data centres. Duffin is a trained Chartered Engineer, with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering design, consultancy and business operations throughout Asia, Japan, Australia and the UK. Prior to joining the Uptime Institute, he was Technical Director at AECOM and held a variety of senior roles in companies including Arup, Irwinconsult Ltd and DSCO Group Limited.
Simon has an extensive range of skills across all aspects of technology, fabrication and electronics that are perfectly aligned with DXN’s core business operations. Forth joins DXN from Select Energy where he spent seven years as a director. He previously held senior positions in CS Gas and Legend Corporation Limited. At Legend, Simon drove the M&A program for a number of years and ultimately listed the company on the ASX.
Jitender will be responsible for policies, standards and procedures at DXN facilities and manage the daily business of the data centre operations. He joins DXN from Microsoft where he was most recently Site Operations Manager (Edge, APAC), the group within Microsoft that hosts its Cloud products including Azure and Office365
Alex has a Master of Scientific, Analytical, and Ecological Instruments and Systems and Bachelor of Instrumentation and was previously the Services and Commissioning Manager for Georgiou Construction. Alex has previously been the Electrical system construction manager for the Hyatt Hotel in Moscow, Electrical Project Engineer for the Aurora Cinema project in Russia and has worked closely with the Uptime Institute as the Electrical engineer and Commissioning assistant for the Sberbank Mega Data Centre in Russia.

Responsible for colocation sales in Australia, XX has more than 20 years experience selling IT solutions on the East Coast of Australia including roles at XX, XX, XX and XX.
