Date of Final Results

DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, announces a delay to the publication of its final results, previously due on 12 October 2021.  This follows notification by Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") that, owing to internal resource issues and Grant Thornton's need to replace the Statutory Auditor, it cannot meet its previously agreed audit timetable.

The Board expects to report final results for the year ended 3 July 2021 in line with previous guidance and trading for this financial year to date is in line with current market expectations.

There have been no material audit issues raised to date by Grant Thornton. A further announcement will be made in due course once an audit completion date has been confirmed by Grant Thornton.
