Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs

DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier, 2-Man and logistics services, announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") have been granted share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") under the DX (Group) plc Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"):

The Options were granted at an exercise price of 24.34p per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The Options were granted on 3 April 2023 and will be exercisable from 1 May 2026 at the end of the three-year SAYE Scheme savings contract period.
