Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs

DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier, 2-Man and logistics services, announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") have been granted share options ("Options") over Ordinary shares of £0.01 each under the DX (Group) plc Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"):
