DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services, announces that on 17 September 2020, Ronald Series, Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 115,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 17.25p per Ordinary Share, and a further 95,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 19.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Ronald Series has a total beneficial holding of 2,345,294 Ordinary Shares (including shares held by his PCAs) representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
