Re: UK Competition and Market Authority's review

DX, a leading independent parcels, mail and logistics operator, announces that the UK Competition and Markets Authority ("CMA") is reviewing the Company's acquisition of the trade and assets of The Legal Post (Scotland) Limited and First Post Limited ("the review") and that, accordingly, CMA has served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 ("the order").

Having been informed of the review and the order, DX is now engaging in a consultation with CMA and will make a further announcement in due course.
