DWS Group’s Executive Board and Supervisory Board have decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2024 the payment of an ordinary dividend of EUR 2.10 per share for the business year 2023 as well as the payment of an extraordinary dividend of EUR 4.00 per share.
