Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director and Managing Partner Italy, had 11,000 shares automatically vest on 30 August 2022 in accordance with the plan rules as part of his conditional Share Award granted under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (EIP) in August 2019; and
· Chris Stefani, Chief Financial Officer, had 137,815 Long Term Incentive Plan shares automatically vest on 30 August 2022 in accordance with the plan rules under the EIP following the partial achievement of the performance criteria, with 41% of the LTIP award made on 27 August 2019 vesting for nil consideration and the balance lapsing. Following vesting the shares will be subject to a two-year holding period.
