In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), DWF Group plc announces that it has been advised that Chris Sullivan joined the Board of Guild Esports PLC, as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2020. Guild Esports PLC listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on Friday, 2 October 2020.

Chris is currently Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of DWF Group plc.

Chris also currently serves on the Board of Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC as Senior Independent Director.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), DWF Group plc also announces that it has been advised that Teresa (Tea) Colaianni will become Interim Chair of Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from the close of its Annual General Meeting on 14 October 2020.

Tea is currently a Non-Executive Director of DWF Group plc and Chair of DWF's Remuneration Committee.
