Changes in Dustin's group management team

To further strengthen the position in Europe Dustin is making changes in the organisation and group management team, following the acquisition of Centralpoint

We are creating a unified organisation in the Nordics and Benelux with focus on scaling up operations and building strong commercial segments. There will be four new roles in the group management team: COO Nordic, COO Benelux, EVP SMB Benelux and EVP LCP Benelux. Alexandra Fürst, currently EVP IT & Digitalisation, will be COO Nordic; Gijsbert Geerders, currently COO Centralpoint, will be COO Benelux; Morten Jakobi, currently EVP Netherlands, will be EVP SMB Benelux and Luuk Slaats, currently CEO Centralpoint, will be acting EVP LCP Benelux. Luuk will stay with Dustin for a maximum of 12 months to secure handover and continuity, he will leave the company when a replacement has been recruited. He will continue as CEO for Centralpoint during the transition period.

As a consequence of the new COO Nordic organisation, that will include IT & Digitalisation and Supply Chain, Jenny Ring, today EVP Supply Chain, will leave the group management team. She will continue as responsible for supply chain in the COO Nordic organisation.

During the last years, Dustin has developed and strengthened its service offering. Now it is time to take the next step and integrate the service offering into the segments. This mean that the responsibility for service development and sales in the Nordics is moved to the segments SMB and LCP. In connection with this Alexandra Drevenlid, today EVP Services & Solutions, has decided to leave the company.

• The new organisation gives us the prerequisites to benefit from our leading position in the Nordics and Benelux and to continue to grow in Europe. I am very happy that Luuk Slaats has chosen to stay with the company during a transition period and as part of

the group management team and that Gijsbert Geerders will be a new member of the group management team. It gives us continuity and the opportunity to leverage on the strengths in both Dustin and Centralpoint. I am also glad that Jenny Ring will continue to lead the supply chain so we will continue to benefit from her knowledge and leadership within the company. Finally, I want to thank Alexandra Drevenlid who has built up Dustin's service offering so we now are ready to take the next step to continue to grow our service business, says Thomas Ekman President & CEO, Dustin.
