Changes in Dustin's Group Management Team

To increase efficiency and strengthen the Nordic organization, a new unit including purchasing, customer service and logistics will be formed. The new unit, Operations, will be headed by Jenny Ring who will also be a member of Dustin's Group Management Team. At the same time, the Finnish operations will be fully integrated into Dustin Group and as a result of this Juha Kivikoski will leave his position in the Group Management Team.

• By gathering purchasing, customer service and logistics in one unit we can increase efficiency and gain synergies. In addition, we will strengthen our customer offering in the entire Nordic region. Jenny has built up Dustin's Nordic customer service and created an efficient organization capitalizing on the different skills within the team and created greater customer satisfaction. With this experience she has the right prerequisites to build up the Operations unit, says Georgi Ganev, President and CEO of Dustin.

Since 2015, Jenny Ring has been responsible for Dustin's customer service in the Nordics. Previously she has held positions at Santander Consumer Bank (previously GE Moneybank Nordic) as head of customer service, responsible for quality and improvement efforts and new sales.

By gathering several functions in one unit we will leverage on the skills and strong culture within Dustin, which will benefit our improvement agenda, says Jenny Ring, incoming VP Operations.

The Finnish operations is now fully integrated into Dustin Group and thus, Juha Kivikoski will leave his position in the Group Management Team.

• During the past year, we have launched our e-commerce platform in Finland and have migrated the Finnish operations into Dustin's joint IT platform, thereby completing the integration of the Finnish operations. I would like to thank Juha for his contributions and the integration efforts in particular, given that we can now utilize our Nordic platform across all countries, says Georgi Ganev.

The new organizational structure will come into effect on April 1, 2017.
