Nomination Committee in Dustin

The members of the Nomination Committee for Dustin Annual General Meeting in 2016 have now been appointed.

In accordance with decision by the extra general meeting, Dustin's Nomination Committee shall consist of five members. The members should be one representative of each of the four largest shareholders, together with the Chairman of the Dustin Board.

The members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed based on the ownership structure as of May 31st 2015, and consists of:

• o Fredrik Strömholm, Altor Fund II GP Limited, Chairman of the committee
• o Paul Schrotti, Axel Johnson AB/Axmedia AB
• o Jannis Kitsakis, Fjärde AP-fonden
• o Lennart Francke, Swedbank Robur funds
• o Fredrik Cappelen, Chairman of Dustin
