Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

dusk Group Limited (ASX:DSK) advises that Anne Maree Cresswell has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from today. The Board acknowledges and thanks Anne Maree for her contribution and wishes her well for the future.

Kate Sundquist continues as Company Secretary and CFO.
