Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

dusk Group Limited (‘dusk’, ASX: DSK) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held in Rooms 3-4 on Level 1 at the Hilton Hotel, 488 George Street, Sydney at 11:00am (AEDT) on Monday 27 November 2023.

Further details relating to the meeting and how shareholders may participate will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.

The closing date for the receipt of any nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received prior to 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 22 September 2023.
