Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu yapmış olduğu toplantıda;

1. 2024 yılı hesap dönemi kârından %10 oranında dağıtım yapılmasına ve keyfiyetin 29 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde yapılacak olan 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,

2.Söz konusu kâr dağıtma önerisine ilişkin olarak SPK'nın II-19.1 sayılı Kâr Payı Tebliği'nin 8'inci maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan ve ekte verilen 2024 yılı Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu ile işbu Yönetim Kurulu kararının kamuya açıklanmasına,

karar vermiştir.
