as FP&A, Accounting, Audit & Taxation, IPO,
Debt issue & Stock Exchange listing, due-
diligence, enterprise valuation, hostile
takeover, project compliance and statutory
compliance, litigation and contracts, internal
audit methodology, designed scope to mitigate
risk.
