Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

Duratec Limited (Duratec or the Company) (ASX: DUR), advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that 110,533,227 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) subject to voluntary escrow arrangements at the time that Duratec was admitted to the official list of ASX, will be released from voluntary escrow on 22 September 2021. The Shares are already quoted on ASX. to be released from escrow and the terms of the applicable voluntary escrow arrangements. The Shares to be released from escrow are held as follows:

The Company advises that following the release of these Shares from voluntary escrow, there are 21,061,574 shares that remain subject to voluntary escrow, which will end once the Company’s FY2022 audited financial accounts are lodged with ASX (or earlier once subject to certain conditions defined in section 13.8 of the Company’s replacement prospectus dated 15 October 2021). The shares remaining in escrow are held as follows:
